Payment, Delivery and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

The below Payment policy terms will be applicable to all the applicants who wish to apply, pay and receive the visa approval letter through our online website. Therefore, each applicant is responsible to read and accept the below policy terms.

The applicant agrees to provide accurate and correct financial data like credit/debit card numbers and related details.

The applicant should ensure there are enough credits in the account, that is used, at the time of payment.

The applicant should be lawfully eligible to use the financial instrument and perform the transaction.

We will not be liable for any loss, due to, is failure, delay, interruption, loss of connection during payment process.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is used for all financial transmissions and so the data is secure.

Delivery Policy

Applicant is responsible to provide valid email address, of the recipient, who is intended to receive all the notifications and finally the visa approval letter.

Applicant will receive timely email notifications and will be informed about the status of their submitted application. The email notifications are sent after successful creation of the application, after successful payment, after the decision is made by Central African Republic Government and finally an email with printable visa approval letter.

After successful payment by the applicant, it will take up to of 3 working days to receive the online visa approval letter.

Refund Policy

In case your visa application is rejected by the Central African Republic Government, you are  eligible for the refund of only the visa fee subject to fulfilling the refund requirements within 30 working days after the rejection.

The Central African Republic Government reserves the right to reject any visa application if found there is any fraud /incorrect documents/insufficient documents in the submitted applications. The application once submitted is considered as final and the processing is assumed to begin immediately incurring a non-refundable processing fee . The applicant needs to apply for a refund through the eVisa portal within 7 working days from the date of receiving rejection email.  The applicant will receive a refund of the  visa fee only subject to fulfilling the refund requirements in case the application is denied by the government.   Subject to fulfilling the refund requirements, a refund will be provided to the applicant within 30 working days starting from the time of rejection. The amount will be refunded within 30 working days by the same payment method chosen by the customer while making visa fee payment. The applicant hereby acknowledges the refund policy and understands the processing fees will be non-refundable in all cases.
